The Moor Meadows Youtube channel has had a spring clean.

We’ve reorganised the videos to make it even easier for you to view many of the great talks from a range of inspirational speakers - Charlie Burrell from Knepp on rewilding, Prof Dave Goulson on pollinators, author Stephen Moss on the loss of meadows, Matt Pitts from Plantlife on how to create a meadow, plus many more. There are also practical and informative videos, from the Life in the Meadow series with John Walters; managing hedgerows for wildlife; meadow grasses ID training; and moths and their meadow food plants. In total, there are over 44 videos to choose from.

The Home page and Playlists are now ordered by category of interest:

Inspirational talks from top speakers
Life in the Meadow
Making Meadows
Meadow Plants
Other meadow habitats: Hedgerows
Moor Meadows on BBC Radio Devon

We hope you enjoy working your way through them!

Our latest series of videos are about managing hedgerows. We've uploaded three new informative short ones, filmed by Robbie Phillips at Brook Manor and presented by Jeremy Weiss. Hedge laying activity is done whilst the hedge is dormant and before bird breeding activity begins.
