Nature restoration site open day on Exmoor: Saturday 1st March 2-4pm

For anyone interested there will be an open site event and guided tour to see a range of nature restoration projects that have been delivered with support from Exmoor National Park and the Farming in Protected Landscapes programme at Longstone Wells (Exmoor), near Haseley Mill North Molton on Saturday 1st March, 2-4pm
(please see the attached poster for more info).

The visit will include looking at a range of different nature restoration projects that have been delivered on site including a new orchard, meadow restoration and sowing, upland wood pasture creation using cactus guards, hedgerow restoration and a series of leaky dams and wildlife boxes.

We will be discussing choosing the right locations, how best to deliver these and the route to funding that are possible.

Tea, coffee and cake will be provided.
