The first of these will be held at the Tamar Valley Donkey Park at Gunnislake on Friday, May 23rd.
The course will be run by Budding Nature, a company that specialises in nature workshops.
It begins at 10am with an indoor session on the basics of plant ID using provided specimens.
In the afternoon the class moves outside onto the adjoining Sylvia's meadow, a species-rich grassland managed by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust. The course, which ends at 3pm, will cost £20 per head but concessions may be available.
