Great to see people enjoying our meadows, a boost on this grey January morning!

My current favourite, a private meadow with southern marsh/common spotted orchids near Broadclyst. This is a target area for habitat creation to expand a superb mosaic of fen, wet woodland, ponds, and marshy grasslands. It used to have access under Stewardship and we would love the tenant to open it for access again.

Lovely photo. Could the owner be invited to open their meadow as part of Devon Open Meadows this summer? Assuming/hoping we will be all be in circulation again by then!
