The New Devon Flora very quickly sold out and there are no plans to reprint it. However, thanks to the efforts of John Maltby, who manages The Devonshire Association website, it is now available online - for free. John has provided an index to the species, and the introductory sections are available as separate PDFs. The species descriptions themselves are broken down into the 32 page segments used in the production of the printed version, so some scrolling through them may be required.

That's absolutely brilliant. It's a incredible resource. The last time I saw Exeter Library's copy it was looking extremely battered, so I'm very happy to browse the book again in digital format.

Thank you for letting us know, I missed the printed version and didn't know that it is now online.
A great resource!
